What I could run for you — built from the leads you just saw.
You've seen the sample rows in your inbox — that's the standard of the research. This page is the next part: what happens if you point that research at your calendar every month.
The proposal, plainly
Every month, a fresh batch of Louisiana commercial owners with appeal-worthy assessments — researched to the standard you just saw, and worked properly:
I find them. Parish assessment rolls, sales records, ownership filings — owners whose assessments don't match what their property would actually sell for. You set the borders: parishes, property types, size of deal worth your time.
I approach them for you. One at a time, in your name, every word reviewed by you before it goes. No blasts, no automation smell — the opposite of how most owners get chased.
Consultations land on your calendar. Owners who want a look at their assessment take a slot directly. You talk to interested people only.
You pay for shown consultations. A monthly tech fee plus a fixed amount per consultation that actually happens. First 90 days: founding-client pricing — and if nothing shows, the next month is on me.
The samples you saw were three rows. A live month is twenty-five, every one to that standard.
The arithmetic of a month
Plain numbers, no promises — your results depend on your practice:
25 researched owners approached, in your name, one at a time.
The interested ones take a consultation slot on your calendar — you set how many you'll take.
The rest is your close rate. If a third of consultations became engagements at a typical appeal fee, one month's research pays for the service many times over — and every month after compounds.
That's the whole model: I keep the research and the outreach flowing; you do what you already do, with more of the right people in front of you.
A few questions to take your research to the next level
How a first month would run
Week 1: we lock your borders — parishes, property types, consultation capacity. The first 25 gets built to the sample standard.
Week 2: you review the outreach wording once. It goes out under your name, one owner at a time.
Weeks 3–4: interested owners book straight into your calendar. You take the consultations; I keep researching the next batch.
Fifteen minutes to walk through the process, and any questions you've got.
If you're interested — weekday afternoons, your time. Pick whatever suits; the Meet link comes straight back.
